Hello again!  If you missed yesterday’s post, we talked about the importance or understanding the time of day to take pictures-emphasizing sunset pictures.

Today we will be going over “Should you do 1st look before the Ceremony?”

2. Now, this is a decision for the couple to make themselves, but from our point of view, we love the 1st look before the ceremony for 2 reasons.

a-Seeing each other before allows the two of you to enjoy a moment together, take in each others beauty and relax with all that is going on.  When you see each other for the first time as the bride comes up the isle to the alter, the two of don’t get a chance to talk and take the moment in.

b-If you do the 1st look before, it allows some time for us to get some photos of the two of you.  It also  gives us a chance to take many of the bridal party or family photos before the ceremony.  This will give you and your guest more time to enjoy the evening and makes the night less hectic.

Again, this is a decision to be made by the bride and groom.  I know I would have loved to see my husband before the ceremony, it would have relaxed me a little more.

Again, we have attached a photo to show this point.  Notice how joyed the groom is seeing his bride in her beautiful dress.  The two of them also shared tears of joy.

Part 3 will be posted tomorrow and will cover: “What pictures are more important to you?”
